Logo Contest Entries
The contest has ended and the votes are in, and the winners were chosen. A big thanks to everybody who took part as an artist and as a voter. It was a lot of fun for me to see the creativity. I think each entry is special in it’s own way.

Groovy by Cam
I love the wild colors and the design features of this one. Also, the amount of work that Cam put into this one is mind boggling. It’s really a bunch of puzzle pieces. You really should see his site, where he recorded his progress on the project, to see what I mean.
Oh, My! by Bewildered of London
This one just made me laugh out loud the moment I saw it. I think it is really cool in it’s simplicity. Just a couple of pen strokes and still saying so much. If you have read any of Bewildered’s comments on the blog, you find the same thing in his words.
Around The World by Dave
I’m all for subtle humor…and it took me a minute to get this one. I thought “Cow?? Where’s the logo?” Then I found it and chuckled. Then I thought “Why ‘Around the World?” And my little brain completed the dots…or spots in this case…and I laughed even harder.
Eclipse by Sue (THIRD PLACE WINNER)
This is one that could be actually used for as a logo. What I like about it is that it not only interpreted the logo, but it interpreted an eclipse as well. Plus, it’s got a real dynamic feel to it.
Absolut-LT by Christopher (SECOND PLACE WINNER)
OK…I’m a dumb-ass sometimes and I didn’t get this one at first. Then I realized what he had done and thought, “Wow. That’s sort of a mind-fuck. Taking it to another whole level. And it looks just like the vodka ads.
Men’s Room by Inter | Textual
Like I said, humor always gets me. I thought this was a wonderful play on a men’s room sign. In my mind it could be used in an all male club where the restroomn are divided into Tops and Bottoms rather than by gender. I like the way the “little man” is highlight in the man.
Meat n’ Potatoes by Curtis
Besides the fact that is is plain funny and a little bit dirty, what better thing to represent a man’s meat and two veg than literally meat and potatoes? The meat is a little bit wrinkly, though. I guess that’s what i have to look forward to.
Creamy by Todd (FIRST PLACE WINNER)
Just like with Groovy, the amount of work that was put into this is mind-boggling. The skill level is really impressive too. And then he’s got humor on top of it. If anal cream wasn’t funny enough, the name he gave it is even funnier. “Toneaz”
Dirty Boy by BrettCajun (as if you couldn’t tell)
I imagine that Brett is a dirty boy all on his own…but if I can manage to get a little credit for it, then cool! This one made me chuckle, too. Just cause I like dirty humor. And he did sort of take the logo and make it his own…his own slab. 
Thanks again to everybody. I will cherish these little works of art. I’ll be doing some other kinds of contests in the future…if I can think of some.
