We all know you struggle from time to time to come up with a new post, don’t be so hard on yourself. I hope you know your readers enjoy your thoughts, even the “long” winded ones, I know I do. And the wait sometimes makes it more worthwhile. Your insights, sense of humor, and presentation give us all just a glimpse iat the wonderful person you are.

Not sure I know where to begin. Not knowing what I should say or what I can say.
I just know that I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know such a wonderful guy.
You have been a great inspiration. You’ve been the pep that picked up my day. As long as you are here, I will be here enjoying what you have to share. If ever you decide to leave. I will still be here giving in return, the laughter, insight, support or just an ear to listen.

Two years ago tomorrow I ended a relationship that had a large impact on my life. One year ago (somewhere during the labor day week) I met LargeTony.com. Reliving your highs/lows and everywhere in between, I find that I know you more than some of the people I consider good friends.
It is sometimes hard to imagine that someone that considers himself such an introvert and social misfit has such a gift to share these intimate moments with countless people that come and go in your cyber life.
Even though you give far far more to the relationship than I do (which is a nice change than my regular life), I hope that it continues for as long as you can be so generous!

That’s the thing about blogging. Sometimes you love it, sometimes you hate it, and most of the time it’s damned hard to let it go.
The thing I like the most about blogs is that it shows the incredible diversity of the human experience better than almost anything else I know of. If you’re willing to put out a bare minimum of effort and bare your soul on the internets, there’s a way to do it–and people will find you. We’re not all of us privileged (or inclined) to live in a great big, integrated, diverse city–but the blogs let us get at least a taste of what that might be like, by finding all sorts of interesting nooks and crannies out of the mainstream.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed your blog in the year or so that I’ve been reading it, Tony. I hope you keep it going for many, many years to come. (Or cum.)

You’re on my favorites list - which I just looked at more carefully and realized your’s is the only blog to make the cut (you’re right between MLB Fantasy Baseball and Ben Cohen’s Website). No one else has pulled me in the way you have. You routinely hold my attention, make me think and even influence my life (yes, I watched the Tennessee game this weekend and I routed for your damn Vols just because I wanted to read one of your inevitably giddy post-game essays). Thrilled you’re giving us another year, grateful you’ve already given us two and looking forward to the traditional third anniversary (leather . . .hmmm) and maybe even the fifth (wood - God help us!).
