One advantage to painting houses is that raising and extending your arm all day gives you decent tris and delts. This is my right arm. The work arm. The left one is less developed. Kind of like tennis players. Except I think with tennis players it shows more in the forearm. If we’re talking forearms, then I’m better on the left side. But it doesn’t have anything to do with painting. Or tennis.
