Black Saturday

runaway.jpg

It was a runaway bloodbath. A massacre. I couldn’t watch it, but I couldn’t stop watching it. Remember when you got called in for a spanking as a kid and all your friends knew about it? Embarrassing. Luckily I only saw footage, whereas the attorney was witness to it first hand. He came back with the horrible reports of wailing and gnashing of teeth. I can’t even talk about it. Those of you who have prayed that I quit talking about football…well, your prayers may have been answered.

Awww…. baby… I know how you feel. I can’t talk about the New Orleans Saints at all. They are getting massacred every week and they were supposed to be Super Bowl contenders.

Fortunately, I have the #2 LSU Tigers who will thump the Florida Gaytors twice this season. We’ll get them back for you LT. ;)

Sorry about your trauma. At least you lost to the Gaytors and not Mississippi State. Can you imagine how Auburn fans feel losing to South Florida (who?) and Mississippi State? See… you probably already feel better already.

Just spend your Saturday afternoons doing Jiggy Dances and that’ll help get your mind off of things.

You have my sympathy. I sat through a session of the Colts nearly losing it. Thankfully, your man pulled it through for us again. There are other days, hopefully not like Saturday. Mama said there would be days like that. She just didn’t tell me there’s be so damned many of them in a row. Next week, I’ll face south and say a prayer. Until then, GO VOLS! Go Colts!

I like when you talk about football. I get to learn something about a sport of which I have scant knowledge. I hope you don’t stop talking about it.

But if they keep sucking like this, I mean, why bother, right? Oh no he di’int! :-D LOL

I’ll football with you any day, but the picture shall suffice today.

    Sorry your team got creamed.

    Good God. Exactly what happened!

    Ohhhhhhhhhhhh noooooooooooooo!

I know it’s of little consolation but the only thing anyone is talking about from this game is the kiss between Joiner and Tebow. Sooo tender… The Vols, well….

tony, tony…. I love ya, but I may have to knock you up-side the head over this one. You know and I know that you love the game and the Vols … it’s time to ‘fess up to being the real fan that I know you are and to keep on showing love for your Vols.

For 20 years I’ve been a Cal fan … no, not the Cal that beat the Volunteers, no … I’m talking about the 80’s 90’s Cal that used to regularly snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, Cal that let Stanford (Stanford, which Sucks&Swallows!) spank them regularly in the Big Game, Cal that insisted on passing so much that they wouldn’t let their QB run down a wide open field for a first down or a score (countless times!!) … so scarred are we Bears from our history, that even now Cal fans don’t feel like we’re winning, can’t even begin to relax, unless we’re up 21pts.

In other words, dude, we feel your pain, and love you for feeling it for your Vols, as long as we know you’re still going to be in the game. XOXOOOO

    oh yeah … GO BEARS!

I didn’t watch the game, but here in Johnson City we couldn’t get it on TV. Dad called to ask if I was listening to it, and thankfully I wasn’t. I’d thought about going down to Neyland on Saturday, but who wants to pay $40 to see UT play badly?

Yeah, too bad, big T. I wonder if the SEC isn’t as strong this year? I can only hope somebody beats LSU – but then they would have to play a road game. Go Pac 10!
And, great pic – if I tackled him he wouldn’t be getting up for a while…
