And while no one can say for sure, I suspect you probably do know people with HIV; you may just know that they have it. For that matter, it's possible THEY don't know they have it. I don't mean that to criticize (you're obviously smart and taking appropriate precautions in your personal life), but you might be surprised who you know that's positive, even in rural east Tennessee.</description>
