There are the cool kids, the jocks, the all-out nerds, the weird kids and the quiet kids sitting in the back watching it all go down and not missing a trick. I suppose it's nice to be listed. And we do have stars in our small blogging galaxy. I figure, just keep writing. If they like it, well then...good! But it doesn't really matter, does it? Everybody wants to be liked and be popular. We've just become more sophisticated in expressing our need. I must admit that I get a bit of a charge when I see my name up in pixels on someone's roll. Whoever has the most toys whens. Everybody wants Hummers and expensive toys. Keeping up with the jones' has never been my thing. When it comes to my blog and who links me or who doesn't, I really don't care one way or the other. I think if anything a blogroll is a good source of links to have so others can see other blogs that are out there. Some people will link to another persons blog just cause they have commented. If that person that commented has a blog of their own. Seems to be the way the world goes these days. Whoever has the most toys whens. Everybody wants Hummers and expensive toys.
